Sechelt

Sechelt, which means “land between two waters” in the Sechelt language is the largest community and the central hub of the Sunshine Coast. With a population of 10,000 people, several condo communities, family-friendly neighbourhoods, and home to the main hospital on the Coast, Sechelt attracts young professionals, families and retirees alike.

You can hop on your mountain bike and ride through the hills within minutes, take a boat from nearby secret Cove or kayak Sechelt inlet, hike the mini forest trails, and get involved in the local arts community.
